I had to sell my parents house that was in good shape but had not been updated. I contact Mr. Shirley to aid with the selling of their house. My parents needed the money due to where they live now. Michael put the house on the market and I figured if I was real lucky we might could have it sold in 6 months. Well he put the sign in the yard and within the first week we had a contract on the house. It took me about 2 weeks to get out of shock that the house had a contract on it. If it wasn't for the way the person went abot financing the house we would have closed in one month. I was blown away. Everyone I have told this story to in this day and time can't believe that my parents house was on the market, sold, and closed all within 6 weeks. I still to this day am amazed. I am truly very thankful and feel blessed that it went so fast. I still believe that even when the economy was good that this would have been a fantastic record of sale. I know who I will use if I should need this kind of service again and will always recommend Mr. Shirley to everyone. It was an awesome experience.

Initially I did not want to use an agent however my wife insisted. A family friend recommended Michael Shirley. I felt comfortable the first time we met. He educated us on the home buying process and what we could expect. From that point forward he made us feel at ease answering any questions that we had and giving us questions that we should ask as home buyers. The home he found us was perfect for our family. We appreciate Michael as well for going above and beyond for two of our friends that we sent to him.

I would recommend Michael and his team to any seller and buyer. He has superior knowledge and experience. He has even take the extra step to work with any third party so that you can have all of your questions and concerns answered. I have worked with many agents in the pass, but Michael’s negotiation skills is in a whole different levels.
Best of all, he is very direct and honest. For example, I love one of the house we looked at but it’s not in a very nice area but still love the house. Other agents would try to get me to put an offer on it. But Michael, he spoke from his perspective. He advised that I should stay away from that area and he would not buy it for even ½ of the price.
He would work to buy you a home as buying his own

I am in a wheelchair, so I have specific needs. One of those needs was a ranch style house, which is not easy to find. I also needed to be in the Peachtree Corners area, which is very close to my Mom. Not only did Michael find the house I needed quickly, he also negotiated a better price for me. To get all this started, Michael sold my condo, quickly, and for a great price. He definitely knows the Real Estate market.

Michael is a superstar in real estate. The economic climate never affects his results. He is one of the best agents I have ever encountered. Not only did he sell my son's house in two weeks, he sold one of my friends house in a week and sold countless foreclosed properties that I was under my watch when I was in real estate banking.
He is my "go to" person for sales, knowledge and market advice.....
